Lori got me the best book for my birthday, The Bread Baker's Apprentice. Love it and I am going to make it my mission to make my way through the entire book, so I started with some ingredients I actually had on hand and made cinnamon buns!
They came out awesome, and I cut them to make the "small" ones, which are still huge! But, my friends are loving me for the extra treats :)
